Bike cover and stand Empty
PostSubject: Bike cover and stand   Bike cover and stand EmptyThu Jan 23, 2014 6:42 pm

Hi, I live in this Bike cover and stand Image090xtand i will need a semi good cover for the bike as I usually park it inside that shack.
I would need the space inside there so I will leave the bike in between the shack and house, that way is protected some what from the wind fine dust a little better.
I found this, would this work just fine fine?

Also can I get suggestion on a stand, I would prefer the ones that rises not the fixed one. I also found a few but I have never own one so I dont know which ones are not up to part.
As you see the ground is not completely flat as is all rock/pebbles. I dont have a flat hard surface here so it would need to be stable with the WR250X/R on it.

Thanks!

I have this stand and it works great for my WRR. Very stable, and easy to raise & lower.

I just found a couple short pieces of garden timber (like railroad tie) that stacked work well as a stand.

Consider a good chain and padlock.

thanks for the link, Im kind of concerned that it would tip over to one side because of my terrain. But all the reviews on that one are good.
I also found this one on that page I guess super overkill.

that might be what I need. bigger surface for better support on the pebbles.
It might be a pain to lift due to the need of a ratchet and socket.

I just found this one look similar but a little bit cheaper
