Location of the idle screw on (2013) WR250R?

I need some direction on where the idle screw is located on a (2013) WR250R. I looked for some screws near the throttle body. I see one screw which is next (to the right of) of a hexagonal bolt. Is this the one?

I am trying to raise the idle up as it is low and jolting when going on and off the throttle.

i believe number 8 is the screw...screw in to decrease idle, screw out to increase idle...
