whats happening people i'm new here and picking up my 2014 wrr in a few days pretty excited to see what all the fuss is about. i have heard great things about this little bike i like the looks of it thats for sure. i grew up on mx bikes 2 strokes kx80, kx250, and kx500's i liked the green bikes as a kid.
then i happened to want a street bike so i bought new off the showroom floor a 1995 dr350 it was a good bike kind of ungainly and porky feeling but a reliable streetable bike that served it's purpose for me at the time. but i always wished it was fuel injected had a better suspension and was lighter and more nimble insert the wrr.
i need this bike to make 8 hour trips down to south jersey to visit family lol i think it might be asking a bit much out of it but i have money to mod it and i'm not to picky. from what i hear they are reliable smooth and refined thats right up my ally i guess.
i'm looking to make the new girl more street friendly make as much power as i can without getting involved with big mods like the athena etc. any suggestions on where to begin besides exhaust, programmer, tires etc would be a big help as i'm not new to bikes i am new to this particular one and would like to maximize its potential as a true dual purpose machine.
