So far I have ordered.

Stroker crank
Crank bearings
Athena big bore top end gasket kit
Cam chain

Need to get a bottom end gasket kit.
Thinking about replacing the stock clutch while I am in there.
Anything else I should think about replacing while it is apart?

How many miles on the bike ? = maybe replace the chain tensioner while you are there.

Cheers.

I rarely look at the mileage, think I am in the 17,000's

I didn't order a gasket kit for the bottom end, I ordered ala cart from RMATV. Clutch cover, timing cover, gaskets, O-rings & lip seals. You'll also need new locking tabs/washers for the clutch & balancer shaft. While your ordering get a fresh primary sprocket nut. You'll likely need valve shims (7.48mm)

I was able to improvise the puller tool to press the crankshaft out & back in the case halves from pipe nipples, bolts etc.
You will need a flywheel puller. Loctite 243 for misc. bolts & I prefer Loctite 518 for the case halves.

FYI, after unhooking everything from engine & loosening all of the engine mounting bolts, I removed the swing arm & sat the bike on the floor. I removed the front cradle bolts & gently pried the throttle body of the head spigot leaving the throttle body attached to the bike. Then remove the rear bolts & lift whats left of the bike off to the side. Easily done all by yourself this way.

Nice, I think I have ordered everything I need now.
Went ahead and got barnett clutch kit.

Will probably pick up another set of cams to send off for welding/grinding.

I haven't had any issues with the stock clutch, this one had 8k on it when I bought the engine used. The plates were all in spec.

On the cams, they are reground with a reduced base circle, no welding. Talk to Daniel & discuss what you want. He'll select a cam profile based on what you want. He was originally going to go a bit longer duration for mine, but I stressed I didn't care about peak HP, I wanted midrange. You may want something different?

You are going to port the head & have a multi angle valve job done, right?

My stock clutch has no issues, I may not replace it till needed.

Where did you send your head? How long of turn around.
Unlikely that I am going to buy another head to send off.

Because he was having medical issues when I did mine, I had Eddie Sisneros do mine sspeedworks@gmail.com

The CCW was throwing me off, isn't eddie SSW?
I am a tad leary of sending my stuff to eddie, not because of his skill or rep.
More that my brother had an issue with him that didn't end positively.
Now don't get me wrong, I believe Eddie at SSW has great skills.
I am worried that I may end up with less than steller customer service since my last name and location are probably on the radar.

I will talk to Travis.
Thank you.

I have almost everything I need now.
Just waiting on bottom end gaskets and o-rings from partszilla.

Travis has not replied to me, but Eddie and KWS both got back to me.
