Hello all! Been lurking since November reading posts and all the information I could find online about the WRR. My wife and I are getting back to bikes after having quads and a side by side. I've been researching, visiting dealerships and checking out rides for the last couple months. Finally decided on a WR250R for me, and a TTR125LE for her. Picked up the bikes a couple weeks ago. Mine's a 2015, and hers is an exceptionally clean 2011. As in, original tires with nubs still on them clean.

Been riding since I was 8 or so, and that's quite a few years ago. I've owned dirt bikes, street bikes, quads and the one side by side. I'm currently an auto technician. Been working on mechanical things ever since I could turn a wrench. I've been an engine builder and machinist, and do cylinder head work on the side when I'm not busy exploring Southwest Idaho or racing cars at the dragstrip. Glad to be getting back on bikes again, since we can explore further offroad again.

Currently it's been too cold to ride, and I'm just about going crazy wanting to get out and break the bike in. I only have 8 miles on it, and already I can tell I'm going to love it.

Look forward to being on the forum and hopefully I can contribute.

Thanks for the welcome! It's a bit of a switch for me to be riding a dual sport. I've always owned open class two strokes, so I'm used to arm yanking power. We toned it down a bit with the four stroke quads, and now we're more interested in exploring than jumping the doubles. Still going to have to revalve the suspension though. Need to be able to get some air time without turning myself into a modern sculpture.
