I need to replace the coolant in my O8WR250X. What is the best way to drain it? Thanks for any help.

Pretty simple. Remove set screw on radiator cap, remove cap, remove bottom 8mm bolt on water pump housing (one with copper washer). Coolant will drain out.

On left side remove the cover over coolant tank. Remove the two bolts and remove the coolant tank. Dump out coolant and give it a wash and replace.

Probably a good idea to flush the system with distilled water.

To get a 50/50 mix you need about 19 oz of straight coolant. Add this to the radiator and top up with distilled water. Add distilled water to coolant tank to get it between the lines. Be gentle with the drain bolt Torque is 86 inch/lbs.
