Just replaced a fork seal. Looking straight at the bike it's the right side. All the torque specs are correct , but i can't push down on the bars at all. Please tell me what to look for ....thanks.

...wanted to mention iv'e checked the bleed screw. is there a way air could still be in there ?

I remember now...i also purchased a set of those fancy micro bleeders...i pressed it unintentionally with the bike on the ground, thats when the harshness began...thanks again

Did you line the forks up when you put the front wheel back on?
I tighten the axle bolt, spin the wheel and grab the brake a few times to line up the brake side then tighten the pinch bolts on the brake side, then grab the front brake and bounce the bike up and down/rock it back and forth a few times to line up the other side then tighten it up. If this alinement is way off the forks will hardly move.

Did you try compressing the fork you put the seal in before it was put back on the bike? Its possible some things not right in there and binding up.

Air building up in the forks will just make them a touch stiffer not cause them not to move at all, this has nothing to do with your new bleeder screws.

I took everything back off. Checked the one fork and seems to be compressing well. I reinstalled everything back the best I could with all the knowledge i have. When i pull down on the bike standing in front of it the forks seem to compress well to me, but when i sit on it i can hardly push the front end down at all ? The clickers are more towards the soft side at the moment. Maybe it's ok. Hell, I don't know. I do appreciate you answering back !
