Parts question on AIS Cable Holder

I am putting an AIS back on my bike, running stock exhaust. PO had FMF that I replaced. He removed the 'Cable Holder' that I presume holds the hose in place on the frame. It is a California WR250X 2008. I went to order cable holder and at Service Honda it is about $6 and they show a different cable holder (?) for California with an extra tab that costs $163. I've checked other sites and this is the cheapest (some had it for over $200)! What gives? Anyone have a picture, I am guessing I can get by with the $6 part, just curious why so much?
