Just ordered 47t for the rear and 112 link chain, and new bolt kit, cant wait to get it installed. The jerky 1st gear at slow speed is driving me crazy hope this will tame that some. Plan on trying the tps adjustment also.

Thats what I run and it works just fine, way better than stock, next time I might try 49 2 teeth to me should not effect the road speed that much.

Installed and rode, according to gps at 55 mph the bike is screaming. Still running stock tires

It likes to scream don't worry about that.

Yup they like to rev. thats for sure.

I just installed this combo. along with a set of IRC-TR-8 tires, which are a little taller than stock.
It's a great set-up, a huge improvement over the stock gearing.
Install was easy, I'm going to get some new axle blocks as now the adjustment screws are backed-out a long ways.

Just today took out bike with 48T. Much better than 50T. See separate report on the forum posted with the last hour.. Hope you have the same success. Cheers.
