I have a new 2016 too. That Motul is a great oil for breaking in your motor. That's what I I used at my 500 mile oil change. At 1000 miles shifting got a little notchy so I changed oil at 1100 miles again. Oil was black. Went with Redline 10w40 synthetic since motor was broken in and safe to switch to synthetic now. I almost went with Amsoil but heard reports of clutch slippage. Shifting is much smoother now and I don't intend on changing oil for another 3k now, as recommended, unless shifting gets notchy again. I recommend you do the same.
