Inexpensive Auxillary LED Lights Empty

I wanted to add some more visibility to my WR while in traffic but didn't want to spend $100 or more for LED's that'll get beat up offroad.  I've tried some of the expensive ones on other bikes but wanted to stay cheap this time.  I found these LED's on Amazon that are sold under the headline Ourbest 10W Motorcycle light Mini Tail Cree Auto Led Offroad Lights.  The reviews were good, the $27.99 price was great, and after chatting with someone on ADVrider that has been happy with his, I ordered them.

Switched power is not an issue as I added a relay and fuses previously, so in a couple of relaxing hours I had these installed using the factory front reflector brackets.  The package comes with the lights, simple brackets, and that's it - you're on your own to wire them up and switch them.  I've seen cheap wiring harnesses that you could use but I'm a DIY'er.

They certainly won't light up a desert, but they should help to catch the eye of other drivers that I always assume don't see me coming.  I'll do some early morning riding in the dark this week to aim and evaluate them.

I have very similar lights on mine just mounted up higher.
They light up the trail very well, they're brighter than the stock light. thumb
