Quiet core insert for q4 muffler

I have the fmf q4 and have repacked it but still just BARELY pass sound check at events. I would like to have a insert shown in this video just in case I dont pass sound check.

Cant seem to find any info on the insert this guy has or where to buy it

This may help you... it appears that you can use another insert from a different FMF pipe and get good results:

Here's the one I just put in my Q4. part #040630. Definitely made a difference.

Weld a washer onto the end of the spark arrester/baffle like this, its free and works well to quiet it down.

That's the one I have, I think. Probably any of them with the right diameter would work.

I took some partially scientific sound readings and the insert lowered the sound by about 2-3 dB, a noticeable difference.
