About to buy a 2009 wr250r

I just know nothing about the tuning in these bikes! The guy used dynojet auto tune and power commander 5? I don't know what that stuff can do or not do to the bike? He also put a yamalink and fmf exhaust. I realize the Yamaha link is just for height

Typically I like stock bikes as I feel messing with tuning can screw them up. Is that true in this case?
