Welcome to the forum! If you're riding a lot of gravel and dirt roads, plus rocky trails, it's hard to beat MT-43, even front and rear. Put on some rim locks and run them at 10psi or lower, and they have fantastic traction on rocks and loose gravel. They do tend to feel mushy on pavement though. They stick like velcro to rocks and wet rocks. They wear as well as or better than any offroad tire on pavement too.

I used the Motion Pro lightweight rim locks. They have their weight stamped on them, and I just added spoke weights on the opposite side and have never felt any vibrations.

Thank you that is a nice looking tire reasonably priced. Definitely will look in to that one for sure. Any experience with double take mirrors? Small round ones or large ones is my question. Can't wait to ride when it's not freezing cold

Welcome aboard!

I'm a new guy too, there is some really good tech in here without all the drama.

It seems like there is a number of riders in here that made the KLR to WR switch.
