Just installed a fmf programer with the Dr. D exhaust and it still has a hesitation at take off. Once rolling it has more power wings . At idle the #1 light flashes every 1 to 1.5 seconds (just for info). What would you guys and girls suggest. Thanks in advance.

Did you ride the bike long enough to fully warm it up?

I believe so let it idle for a couple of minutes then rode it around the block about a mile. After the hesitation it will spin the rear tire on the concrete driveway.

First, I'd take it on a good 15 minute ride to insure it's fully warmed-up, especially if you live in a place where it's cold outside.
If it still does it after 15 minutes, than you can try tweaking the settings via the buttons.

I forget what I used on my WR-250R with the Power Programmer, but if you search my old posts, you can find them.
They worked very well on my bike, with zero hesitation.

But first, ride the bike long enough to get it up to temperature.

I have the same issue, I can't really figure it out... It's way bad, very hesitant when not warmed up, but it stays a bit hesitant still when warm, in any case, its not snappy at all.

Setting is: 3-5-0.5-8-4-4
