Ok, I'm a nerd, so what...

Linux has been my main operating system for over 10 years; Tried all the mainstream distros out there, even OpenBSD. It's been about a year since the last time Linux was my main OS, and I just finished installing and configuring everything the way I like it. I'll be working from home from now on do to a career change, so I'll be spending many hours on this OS making money

What distro you using?

Next laptop I get I think I'm going with Puppy Linux.

I had Ubuntu on my old laptop....before it died.

Running "Linux Mint 8", It's a derivative of Ubuntu, even though I can be considered an expert at Linux I still prefer the quickest easiest out of the box experience. The less I have to manually configure the better, Linux Mint is great in this regard.

I have no idea how.

I'm running Ubuntu 10.04.

I have a Mint Live CD...like the looks of it too.

Ubuntu is up to 10.04 now???? Wow.

I miss Linux so much some times....I really need to get a new laptop soon.

Seeing it full-size is the only way to truly get an appreciation of
Eyefinity.
