Here's another fuel carrying option to keep in mind if you're on
a long trip with the stocker tank. They come in 1, 1.5 and 2 gal
sizes, are durable and the 1 gal one weighs just 3 oz when empty.

You can carry one in your dirtbagz or backpack and not have to deal with
lugging around a bunch of bulky empty containers after you refuel.

whatever you get, make sure it is compatible with the solvents in gasoline, otherwise you'll have a ruptured bag and no gas... GAHHHH

With that in mind, the bags in post 2 look better, as I believe those are made for carrying camping fuel (white gas).

They are for water. I just wondered if anyone has put gas in them.

oops, my bad; I know MSR makes camp stoves (among lots of other camping gear). It'd be cool if they had a soft-sided fuel tank on the cheap...

Well, it's MSR. Nothing by MSR is "on the cheap". Their fuel bottles are some of the most expensive on the market. However, if they made a fuel safe bladder like the ones in the picture, I'd buy in a flash!
