Here is why you need a skid plate if you are running fast over rocks--

Riding marbles and death cookies are a hoot. As long as they are under your tires and nothing else.

Looks like fun...too bad I live on the east side of the country.

We can find you some rocks like that if you want. It'll just be at an elevation you can breath at.

Anyways, yeah, we have rocks here in NC, but not the views of Moab. I would like to get out that way for some riding some day.
