Two coolant leaks

I noticed two little leaks today. How the hell am I supposed to reach those bolts?
I did not ride the bike for months. Anything to worry about?

First thing to do is to find out exactly where it's coming from, because that could just be where gravity has them collecting into droplets.

Well it looks like it's coming from that upper thing there, and dripped on the lower. There is a little puddle next to the alternator. I did not start the bike, jsut put it on the bike stand... weird.
