Looks great, gotta love a great bike in stunt build bow

Do you think that it would be possible to build a bolt-on footloop or 12bar that could take a little beating? I'd love to get one on my bike, but where I live its not exactly easy to get an approved registration for a bike with custom stuff welded on the frame.

I cant remember which side it was (right I think), but I have 50stunt axle pegs as well, and the threaded rod on the rear got bent because the peg leaves a little bit of excess space between the peg and the swingarm which bends easily under pressure. I recommend that if you intend on slamming your bike down a lot, you look into that. A simple grinding on the swingarm so that the washer with the support bit for the rod will properly sink into the swingarm should fix the problem. Ryan Moore told me that when I asked him about it, so it might be possible that if you bought yours later than mine he would've fixed that problem.

Hope to see some videos from you in the future wink

thanks for the info ill have to take a look at them to see. i dont think you could make a bar thats removable, but id just get the bike registered and all that first then add it on. i dont know why youd have any problem getting it inspected and registered and all that

I do have my bike registered, but here in Finland if you do any mods on the frame of your bike, you have to go get it registered again and I'd rather not take the risk of welding stuff on my bike and have a chance of losing the licence plate from the bike, cause registering it again after that might be somewhat hard.

Looking at the pics, it seems that Ryan fixed the problem with the rear pegs because on the right side you seem to have a larger solid washer, in mine I have a thin washer with a little bit of tubing on it that the threaded rod goes through. I can take a picture of it so you can compare it to yours.

feel free to post it up im kinda curious what he did. how would they know even if you were stopped if you didn't get your bike reregistered after adding the bar, is there a different sticker on your plate or something? seems wierd thats all. im sure if you really wanted to you could make it so its removable but itd be a lot of work im sure. i would save yourself the trouble and get a piece of surf foam and cut your rear fender down short, take the surfboard foam and shape it to be the same as your fender cut with the hump of the grip on the end and use that for a roundbar then theres no modification to it at all.

Yeah, Ill have to look into it. Just thought that if the bar seems to stick out too suspiciously the cops might take an interest in it . Happened once with my friend who had a small 12bar, thankfully his was only bolted on so he got to keep his plates thumb

Here's a picture of my stunt peg on the right rear side. I remembered wrong, doesn't seem that I had anything in between the peg and the nut for the axle. Guess you can see why it would bend easily under hard impact. Does your peg have something else there that I'm missing (Other than the cap of the peg)

You should have put a little more weld on that hoop in the back, especially if you're going to be standing on it. I would not trust a couple of rough tacks.

yeah i have a nice cnc cut piece that goes right over top of the nut it covers over all of it and fits real tight

i had to sqeeze the bar then beat the shit out of it with a BFH in order to get it in its not coming out without some mega force, i wasnt even gonna bother to weld it in as most other guys that have the same setup just beat them in and leave um. i added only 2 small tacks just incase i do want to remove it someday to put it back to stock or change the bar to a different style.
