 3.0 IMS tank fit

Anyone else with the 3 gallon IMS have a problem with the upper triple tree hitting the tank when turning full left or right? If so did you find a solution. I just noticed mine hitting the right side of the tank.

I checked mine and it is pretty close on the right side. About 1/8" I would say. There is a little better clearance on the left side. I am wondering how much expansion will occur once warmer weather arrives here. Could you be having an issue with expansion?
