paddle tires

has anyone found a 17 inch paddle tire that would fit the x?

Contact Skat-Trak, they can put paddles on your supplied tire carcass, and probably have complete tires also.
One question though: If you are going to ride a WR-X in the sand, what are you planning on using for a front tire?

Here in Cali most of the guys I know just run the stock front tire but they are knobies but I would guess the street tire would do ok cuz most of the weight is on the rear and you don't need a lot of front traction, but I'm wondering how the wide front will do in the sand? Maybe it will do good like the old ballon tire beach bikes?
