OMFG! This is the most complex wristwatch of a bike. I used to think my KTM was engineered at a deaf and blind school. No more. Hats off to Yamaha for hiring a crew of Breitling watch designers, neuroanatomists and Hadron Collider physicists to stuff every millimeter of this things innards.

Now, can anyone tell me if the green and pink lined wire goes to the third pin of the Kesey bus? wings

What the hell???

Looks like you pulled all the plastic off, rolled bike out into a drug infested part of the city, posted a sign on it that said "free crack-cocaine located somewhere on bike - it's yours if you can find it", left a tool box full of tools next to bike, then walked away for about 24 hours.

Anatomy Lessons... 851577 Maybe once they find the crack, they can learn how to fly that 727 Bob's got the schematics for...and be real nice and give him a new rear sprocket at the same time. Anatomy Lessons... 93746 Anatomy Lessons... 163123

I just shot my milk out my nose. Very happy

Valves are checked - kind of like doing open heart surgery digging through all the parts and clamping them out of the way. Tightish but in spec. That part and the wiring are all zipped back together. Now I'm tearing apart wheels, brakes, suspension and exhaust - the lower anatomy. I'm not spending a dime on any farkles until I clean it up and ride it a bit to see what needs what.

The chain is kack. More tight links than good but I'll wait and see what I think of tires and gearing.

Pulled off the kickstand and holy cow, the thing weighs more than a wheel. Going to try to figure out how to replace it. Then I can use the stock one on my tractor or sell it to a Harley owner.
