Has anyone tried these foot pegs out. I recently decided to flip my bike over backwards and when it landed I FUBAR'd the left peg. Bent it up pretty good. I just purchased these and was wondering if anyone had some info on if they work or not. They are budget footpegs, $70ish shipped. Thoughts

I have those foot pegs on my bike, and I am super happy with them. I went with the "low" ones. I dropped the bike a ton of times last weekend, and so far the pegs seem to be very durable.

That's the review I was hoping for. Sometimes cheaper is good and sometimes it's not.

I have the drc pegs as well. They are more durable and more comfortable than stock. For the money I think they're a better value the the fastway pegs which are lighter and wider and adjustable but 3x more money.

Lowered pegs are lower than standard height or OEM pegs. They say good for taller riders, but for this 5'7" rider, The increased distance between pegs and seat allows for significant comfort for longer rides.

They come in a LOW, MED, and HIGH. Each are different by 5mm. Because I am 5'6 I went with the high to give myself more room over the bike when standing as this is my preferred stance when I am riding in the trees, dirt roads, gnarlys etc. I think is is due to years of mountain biking.

Now I just need to get bar risers.....

Sheesh. Pegs sure are expensive for such small non precision bits of metal. You would think they would be more like 30 bucks or so.

If you broke a cheap one while standing on it at speed you might think differently wink

No your right. Had a pair of fast pegs on my first WR and loved them. had them on the low setting and they were like planks. But $125. I'll try these drc for $50 and am sure i willbe just as satified.

Anyone know how wide these are. I have big feet and my feet don't rest on the pegs very well and are not very comforable for a long ride.

Thought about getting the high model DRC pegs but don't see the listing specifically for the WR-R/X. Is it a common fit part that is listed under another bike on the Wheeling site?

Not on mine. '08 R2 and '13 WR250F are different. They might be interchangeble - don't know - but they are not the same pegs.

They interchange.

Theres alot more pegs to pick from if you look for yz/wrf pegs, not all peg manufactures list pegs for the wrr, you could also buy stock yz pegs.

Just a heads up tho... most every aftermarket peg will hit the rear brake lever when it folds up. My drc peg did, I ground it down a bit so it doesnt hit as soon, you can just let it hit too as it only does when you lay the bike down anyway.
