Swingarm Seal Removal

I'm doing my swing arm maintenance, and decided to remove the oil seals from the end of the swingarm. Bad idea. While trying to push the seal out from the back, I pierced it with the screwdriver. I have a replacement seal on the way, but I still can't extract the original seal! Any ideas on how to get this thing out of there?
