Hi all,

I have a problem with my WR250X: I am 187 cm high and during the week I use the bike to go work (about 32 km every day)
During the trip home - work the bike is ok but the seat is a little bit hard.

During the week end I use the bike with my girlfriend she is 165 cm high but every time she swear because she seats pratically on the plastic.

I love to ride with her going to sea or somewhere

I have seen seat concepts or corbin but I don't know if these seats solve the problem for passenger.

Is there something to install to give more comfort to the passenger?

Get a second bike so she can really ride with you.

Have you tried to sit closer to the tank so she can sit farther down?

moving closer to the tank can be a short term solution but it is pretty uncomfortable for the rider. (ask me how I know )

Most of the aftermarket seats seem to have extra padding also in the back and are a bit wider. Do a thorough search to look for a seat which has more padding for the passenger. I remember seeing one on here once which looked very wide at the rear.

Alternatively, have a custom one made for you. Just gotta look for a right shop and you might be able to get away with a price not that much more than a "standard" aftermarket seat, yet you can choose your own amount of padding and width for the rear I'm sure your girl would appreciate it

I was thinking to fill and raise the seat and then make an extra piece that come above the plastic...

If its just for commuting, buy her a sheepskin butt pad or an airhawk. Both work very well. I've owned and used both and take both on trips.
