Rear suspension dumper don't work

One guy told me that my damper dont do it work and it is why I have ass-kicks every time i jump :)
May be gas or oil leaked ?

If you are complaining that the rear shock doesn't perform well in stock condition for fast riding over bumps and jumps, you are correct.
It needs to be revalved and rebuilt by a competent suspension shop.

When i push the bike, it keps swinging. Working absorber must compensate it but it dont.

Time for repair by the sounds of it.

Dave did mine and all the things you noticed are all the things a revalve will fix.
