| How long ago was the last oil change? Air filter cleaning? Chain adjustment? Whenever any of these need to be done, my bike starts to get more vibey and feels cranky. | |

| What kind of vibes? Buzzy vibes, or shaking vibes. Believe or it not they can mean different things. But I think skierd gave advice I would check out first. This bikes are pretty low maintenance but when it's time for some they don't seem to be happy bikes . | |

| Is it something you can hear? Could you get a video of it and post it? _________________ 2008 WR250X Gearing: 13t - 48t Power Commander 5 / PC-V Airbox Door Removed - Flapper glued - AIS removed FmF Q4 Bridgestone Battlax BT-003rs

A few questions come to mind: Sitting still in neutral or only while moving? While reving the engine, idling or both? Does the vib increase/change with engine speed? Any chance it started relatively soon after the last time you filled up the gas tank?

| caint hear anything unusual... buzzy, bad enough to make your hands numb after 20min or so cruising at 3quarter throttle. gets worse with rpms. | |

| How old are your tires? is it for sure rpm and not speed related?

That just sounds like a small thumper... I have the same issue with mine. My plan is to buy a 14 tooth front sprocket for longer trips. The 14/46 combo should work out pretty close to stock and lower the vibrations @ speed

| Has it gotten worse over since you've owned the bike or has it always been about the same?
From what I've read, vibes will be worse if you...
- remove handguards (or any weight from the bar end area) - change from steel to aluminium handlebars - change from padded to unpadded gloves - change from larger to smaller diameter grips - change a smooth tire to an aggressively knobbed one
My 2012 WRR is stock in the handlebar dept and without handguards or barend weights with fresh stock tires. My hands get numb within 10 minutes when doing an indicated 120+ kph on the highway. However I wiggle my fingers now every 5 minutes or so and that seems to extend that 10 minutes to about an hour.
