Does your idle speed need adjusting?
Battery in tip-top shape?
Battery connections tight?
Airbox clear of obstructions?
I like to check the easy things first. Diggin' down to the spark plug is a pain, but obviously based on sswrx's post you might have to.
Before you do that check a few other easy things first.
Does bike idle normally when you start it up? Will it sit and idle forever?
Is it only when you're downshifting and slowing to a stop?
Fresh clean premium gas?
Do you have a fuel programmer? Other mods?
