iTunes help

Subject: iTunes help Wed Aug 19, 2009 7:53 pm

Anybody out there an iTunes expert?
I added a second iPod to my itunes as per the direction on Apple.com but I screwed it up
Now it logs in all the time as my second iPod and if I try to "Shift" and open iTunes I cant find where to select users, seems like i dont have any selection at all
I think I deleted my original user profile

Ya, I thought I got it figured and made it worse since I posted this
Now I managed to backdate my freakin iPod to march and lost a bunch of stuff i bought
Have I mentioned how much I hate my computer

A second tech guy at Apple fixed me up this morning, what a PITA
