09 WR250X...fuse box location? Service manual download?

Headlight fuse has apparently blown...can't seem to locate the fuse? Had downloaded a manual on the old pc...wondering where I might find it again?

If I recall, the fuse holder is under the left-hand side panel that is situated where a radiator would go if the bike had a left-hand radiator.
