Hydraulic Lift Q

Anything wrong with leaving the bike up on a hydraulic lift for a few days? Can the lift be damaged just sitting there?

Most lifts use a mechanical stop once the bike is lifted so the hydraulics are not really doing anything once the bike is up. Imy bike is almost always parked off the ground, but on a manual lift..

I leave my bikes on a lift for 6 months at a time, no problem, done that for years.

I leave mine up too unless grandkids are visiting.........best to be prudent with the little buggers around!
