$4000

Just picked up a WRR. It is an 08 with 1k miles on it. All stock. Couldnt find any deals around here in the SE. Paid 4k for it. Tires are brand new zero miles. Everything looks super clean. What do you guys think? Fair price or no? Felt like a lot of a 6 year old 250 but it definitely is an awesome bike.

Sounds a bit high to me, but as long as you feel good about it, no big deal.

I see 08's advertised for close to $3,000, but they usually have 10k+. If you're going to wear it out, then paying extra for low miles makes sense to me.

IMO ... not bad $ at all considering the super low miles.

I am guilty of looking at what coulda/should been after a purchase, and it's always like looking on social media at an ex's stuff: you NEVER go away feeling better.

Congrats on buying the bike. What's done is done and you're going to forget how much was paid when the endless miles of smiles are had.

I paid $3250 for my 08 and it had under 10,000 miles. BUT I had to replace the turn signal switch, new fork seals, new tires, new chain/sprocket, straighten out the bent radiator, and clean the mud out of the airbox.

Only 1k miles, great deal. This bike is the best bike in the world.

At least until the WR450R comes out. Which it won't.
