Steerer tube length or Distance between Triple Clamps??

Can someone measure the length of the steerer tube? Alternately, the distance between the top surface of the lower triple and underside of the top triple clamp (in the middle if top clamp is stepped) would work too.

I no longer have my WRR but am interested in doing a front end swap on another bike.
