4.7 gal tank + giant loop pannier pockets

I'm wonidering if the giant loop pannier pockets are compatible with the 4.7 gal tank and the Fandango tank bag?
does anyone have this bags on the 4.7 gal?

To answer my own question:
The pannier pockets are too big for this tank.
No matter how I put them on they would always get in the way of my legs somehow.
