Is this is an X or an R

Hi all, I'm looking at this wr250x. It has the black plastics of an X, and a black frame. It has the R front wheel, and maybe the rear wheel too. I know that it's pretty common to swap the wheels. But, I noticed that this bike has what appear to be wr250r forks as well, with the white plastic guard on the bottom and the silver fork legs (as opposed to black). I am curious because it'd be weird to swap the whole front end out just to get the R wheels, don't you think?

Black frame means it's an X.

Is this in the USA or some other country?
It matters.

The link shows that the bike is located in Poland, so the assumption (black frame = WRX) may not be valid.

Thanks all, interesting point about potentially false assumptions- yes, the bike is in Poland. It was originally from Italy then brought to Poland
