San Diego Rider

Hello Everyone - I'm looking at buying a used WR250R. Several of them show up on Craigslist with the FMF Q4, header and programmer. Anyone know if this setup is California legal?

The q4 is specifically designed to meet noise requirements. As for gutting the emissions equipment.....good question. I can say that I rode in California with that setup, but that’s a far cry from validating the legality... I don’t think you’ll have any issues, but I doubt it’s exactly legal.
