Misifire

Hi, I have just bought a 2010 WR250R.

The bike misfires pops then cuts out when held at about 1/4 throttle. It idles and revs up no problem.

It has a rewound stator, carb has been off and cleaned throttle pump its working well etc.

I have tried another stick coil. All connection sprayed and checked.

Valve timing has been checked.

Fresh fuel tried.

Exhaust is clear.

I have now ran out of ideas.

Any help would be welcome.

You wrote "carb" and "throttle pump".
Does this bike have a carburetor on it?

Yes it has a Carburettor

In that case, it isn't likely a WR250R.
Is it actually a WR250F?

I used to own one of those.
Mine was a 2009 model.

That's a WR250F, from 2007-2013.
