Exhaust Fitment with Panniers Racks Empty

Anyone running the FMF Q4 exhaust with the Tusk pannier racks? Just wondering if there are any fitment issues. I also have the Mosko Moto soft pannier mounts attached to the Tusk racks. Any photos would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
