2008 fork diameter for Seal Doctor?

Before going any further with my leaking front, I'd like to try the Risk Racing Seal Doctor Large 45MM/55MM -- I measured the diameter as 46mm -- seems right to you?

WRR forks are 46mm, so the 45-55mm Seal Doctor should fit. Will it work though?

My left fork was leaking too, got the Seal Mate, didn't do anything, so I ended up changing the seals.
