1st post and you almost get the challenge? NICE!

I think they just lifted the fire ban at most campsites here in Colorado. On the otherhand it's winter time. Which means, it gets pretty damn cold at night and a fire won't do shit!!! with that said, i'm out.

the day I posted the challenge? Yes, as I was at a big bonfire that evening. It was actually the one that velvetcows posted "fail" picture from lol

Whereas I don't like ending challenges as early as most do (I don't mind one taking weeks to finish)....Is any one going to do this challenge?!?

I have to wait until January before my next big bonfire. I'd have the drug addict fire chief breathing down my neck if I lit one right now.

I suggest giving it one more full weekend ....you never know who might get lucky.

It is getting much colder now in much of the northern hemisphere so we do need to take into consideration some challenges might take quite a bit longer to meet depending on what people ask for.

Yea I can't help ya on this one. It's 84 degrees here And I don't want to burn down my grass hut on the beach.

I know. It's just the "10 foot tall" thing that has me.

I'm thinking any bon fire pic regardless of height is goona take this....it's not like we're possibly going to have multiple people getting the picture.

Well - depending on your definition of "bon fire" .....here's the best I can do.

Clearly, the flame is at least 10 feet over the wr250x.....

I do have to admit that picture had me laughing pretty good. Creativity definitely trumps technicalities lol. Now off to figure out wtf I can find some solar panels...

Nice solar pic.

I could have easily done your beer bottle picture within the hour of you posting that challenge if it was prior to Labor Day.

I am currently 79 days into a "100 days no alcohol" challenge.
All my empties have been recycled and no full bottles in house until Dec. 16th.

So I'm out of this one.

Hard to believe somebody can't pull this off easily.
Don't have to leave garage to do it.

Ok is the time limit up? Is there a need for me to complete this challenge today?

At times this forum embarrasses me....

Depending on your definition of "surrounding" this is the best I can do.

Notice that the battery tender is still hooked up.

I have some really shitty fruit beer sitting in fridge collecting dust. So I "surrounded my X with them. 7 of them to be exact.







Good enough? Sad I know....but it's the best I can do until around x-mas.

How can I make something SO easy, and that requires so little effort, that maybe somebody can do it before the end of the weekend?
