wr 250 r vs x

i am just about to buy an x or an r i do about 50/50 street and trails. i was about to buy a r but i found a x way cheaper. what are the parts between these 2 bikes that are diff. i know the brakes and tires and rims, but what else?

Suspension setup is different as well and smaller rear sprocket.

well what about the setup ? is it the same parts or just adjustment ? bc i am thinking about just buying a new set of rims for off road use

There are a few guys who have the stock suspension and have done what you are doing, and seem to really enjoy it. You'll be fine if that's the road you are gonna take. They just dialed it in for a more offroad setup and it seemed to be ok.
