Fender Bag question

Does anybody use a Fender Bag and is the fender sturdy enough to hold a tire repair kit?
By tire repair kit, I mean the following:

* 21" medium duty tube
* 2 tire wrench/irons (22 & 27mm)
* bead holder
* 2 rim protectors
* patch kit
* small hand/CO² air pump, extra cartridges

For reference, I'm looking at the Wolfman Enduro Fender Bag, only $25.
That all seems like too much stuff for a fender bag. I've seen metal fender supports, but not for the WRR.
The thing about the fender bag is that I would only put it on, with tire repair kit, when going trail riding. Don't need it for commuting. I could easily carry the irons in my tool tube that replaced the factory tool box to minimize the weight on the fender if necessary.

I have that bag and I carry a 1/2" ratchet w/ both the 22mm & 27mm sockets, tire irons,rear tuff tube, powder, windex bottle, spare valve cores, valve core remover, patch kit and it holds up fine. I have my compressor in the tailbag.
