| I am curious what everyone's opinion is about what I should buy next: Performance or Cosmetics.
So far all I have done is a new SM fender and K&N air filter......... so as of now I am even, one performance and one cosmetic. I am working with about $300 (not a ton but you gotta start somewhere).
What would you all do with it?

| Within two days of buying my brand new X I had or had ordered: new handlebars (hate the stock bend) hand guards aluminum skid plate K&N air filter removed airbox door magnetic drain plug 12 tooth front sprocket more open/lighter front sprocket cover cut front fender removed ugly fork reflectors & added a pile of reflective tape fork oil changed to Ohlins 5 weight full set of dirt wheels from Forrest at Wheeling Cycle I think that's all The tail needs a bit of a redo, but haven't gotten to that yet. | |

That actually is a good idea.........I will probably end up getting the Edge tail light w/ integrated signals and a pair Zeta hand guards w/ signals. From what I can gather from this forum, I should wait until I have enough moolah to get the full exhaust plus power commander all at the same time. Thanks for the help though.

| I put the Zeta barkbusters, HID light, Edge tail w/ int signals and three sets os sliders. Safety and protection first, then mod the hell of the engine. | |

Safety and protection first, then mod the hell of the engine. Yeah I think that I will get the cosmetics lined up before getting into the performance area. I havent thought about sliders but they would probably be a good idea. Thanks.
