Aftermarket exhaust in Cali? Gonna get busted?

Hi Guys-

I'm in Norcal with a mostly stock X. Great bike. I'm considering getting an FMF or Leo Vince exhaust, but am concerned about having to return it to stock when "the law" figures it out. I love going to the local dirt park (government land) and am worried they will check my bike and give me a fix-it ticket.

I'm concerned cause my CRF450X got a fix it ticket for having an emissions block off kit installed while at Carnegie Motorcycle Park. F-ing Cali. Too many smug hippies here. It just feels like one of 'em will sniff out my lack of EXUP valve installed if I put a slipon on it.

I love the way you call it "government land" not "public land" !
