| Just rode home from work. So far today its been nothing but a steady light rain, but on the ride home it was getting heavier and the winds were picking up significantly. Still not worse than a NorEaster just warmer, but then I looked at the map and saw the main body of the storm is still well south of us... gonna be a fun night I think... | |

| Nothing but a steady rain and <>15mph winds here in eastern PA. Accuweather says between 2" and 2 1/2" of rain and moderate winds. At least the cerveza is cold though! Moto are you close enough to the coast down there in DE to have to really worry? | |

| 100 miles from coast.
Tornado watch for the last hour or so. Until 11:00pm.
We still have power....but the heavy heavy rain is hitting now and the wind is getting stronger and stronger. _________________ 2008 WR250X Gearing: 13t - 48t Power Commander 5 / PC-V Airbox Door Removed - Flapper glued - AIS removed FmF Q4 Bridgestone Battlax BT-003rs

| Still here. Still have power.
House and family appear to have weathered storm.
Lots of wind to get through yet...but worst is supposed to be over.
Best of luck to those in points north.

| at present... 1/4 mile from beach ... rain, 12-18mph winds gusts to 24mph radar showing bulk of storm heading inland. Thinking about walking down to the beach to check out the waves. Tide is on its way in. We have friends to the south in the tornado warning zones also. They were reporting that it was crazy last night. I'll have to check on how they fared overnight. | |

| now winds 20-25mph w/gusts to 33+mph ... I've seen Nor Easters stronger... Hoped to see it a little more wild and woolly. Well, it isn't over yet. | |

| 25 to 35mph winds now w/gusts to 42+mph ... big waves ... took a ride up the coast ... funny, NO motorcycles out cruising ... Police not letting people on the beach, otherwise I'm sure there would be a hoard of surfers out there. ... only able to park briefly to get a couple pictures... | |

| We're still getting gusts of over 35 mph and heading towards 45mph.
Plus, there's one more band of rain coming through in the next hour.
Last night my sump pump was cycling on every 2 minutes or so. Today it's dropped down to once every 5 minutes.
The ground is a giant wet sponge. Totally water-logged.

| Its breezy, bright, and sunny today. Went for a ride in the beautiful weather even. Power went out some time last night long enough for it to get warm in my room and wake me up, came back on around 4?am maybe. A couple trees down in the neighborhood, and lots of leaves and branches all over the place but otherwise a non-event here. Felt like a warmer nor'easter. | |
