ive decided to go with a wr250X. my mind is made up, but the only problem is i cant find a brand new one any where. scratch

the local dealership can only find one in florida and im in ct. dunno

Looks like Yamaha stopped making the X!!! GAHHHH

I haven't been here in a while, I was going to start a new thread. I just got back from the IMS Show In Cleveland, didn't see any on the floor. The Yamaha complete line brochure doesn't show it! This is an atrocity! I have to look around at the threads, you guys probably know about this....

When I was looking a few months ago, I called a dealer in NY and they didn't have any either.... but he called me back 15 minutes later with the names of 5 other dealers in NY state that had some 2011 left-overs.

I was almost ready to pull the trigger on a new one from NYC, then I found a low mileage '09 with a ton of upgrades for less.

Let somebody else take the major depreciation hit of buying a new one.
