'95 chev 30 van...help

I was wondering if anyone one might be able to help me with a problem, I'm trying to help with, on my brother's van?
1995 Chevy 30, 5.7L

If anyone knows where I could get a schematic for this van...for the fuel relay circuits in particular.
I can manually power the coil, of the relay, and get it to run the fuel pump....so its something controlling the relay, that's the problem.

Any insight or diagrams would be most welcome...thx.
