anyone ordered from them??

I was promised to get my parts between 13-22 feb and no parts has showed up yet and no notification.
The e-mails i send them is just auto answered.....

Next week i think i will give them a call even though its a huge time diff...

Really bad customer service anaway....

I called them yesterday.....
Without any sertain explanation they told me the parts will be shipped out next wednesday.
No sorry, or anything...

Well I just have to wait n see if the parts really will arrive around next week or the week after that.
If not I will be really mad and buy a ticket to san antonio or whatevertheplacetheywherelocated.....and kick some butt

I'd be p!ssed off too. It is a major deal breaker for me. I'd rather pay more and be treated accordingly then find the best deal and having to cope with an individual that is incompetent and doesn't care.
It really aggravates me having to deal with people that are in no way service oriented and basically don't give a sh!t. It is usually the staff and people like that should be fired and get another job as far as I am concerned. It sometimes helps when you ask for their supervisor or find a way to contact the owner directly. They care.
I never dealt with powerpartsplus and I probably won't now.

I've used them once or twice for stuff i cant get in Australia. similar sort of experience, but wait til they start to process your order then up the freight on a set of reed petals from US$35 to US$78 (still only sent them surface mail). $80 and it took 4.5 weeks to show. i could send them back for AUS$25 with it registered, insured, trackable and it'd only take a week.

what kind of parts? OEM? I usually order my OEM parts from Motosport.com or Ronayers.com .. I usually get free shipping from Motosport but not sure how that works for international

Yes OEM.... or GYTR parts... they have 20% discount almost all the time and by some crosschecking they had the best priceoffer but i may be wrong...
I start to regret that I ordered from them now.....

But we will see next week if I get any shipping confirmation as they promised.

I called them yesterday, again.
Was put on hold for about 20 minutes, hung up and called back and asked them if they thought it is okay to put someone on hold for 20 min?
(specially when they calling from sweden.. )
The answer I got was - we have other customers also.... So..? Dont answer then!
Then he put me on hold again for about 20 minutes and then came back and told me they packed the order when I was at hold???

But now atleast the things are on its way and i got a notification via UPS.
Arrival day is now wednesday next week. About one month later than they promised from the beginning.

Now its just to pray everything is IN the package and that noting is broken.

Compare that with rockymountainatvmc.com. Yesterday I ordered 3 tires, 2 sprockets and a chain from them. It was shipped that day, I already have UPS shipping info. Free shipping UPS ground from Utah to upstate New York: 7 days. I'll buy from them again.

Oooo the parts finally arrived yesterday!!!

But the joy was short...... offcourse there had to be something wrong....
When i got the package i heard a kind of rolling sound with a "ploinc" sound. As from an spraycan.
Opened the package and all parts were the except for the UNI filter that i ordered. Instead i got a can of airfilter cleaner! WTF!!
Called them and explained but they didnt see any filter at their place so the answer was -We can refund you. Ok fine!

No money yet. Its peanuts i know but now i had to pay shipping AND extra tax (for importing) for something that I didnt get.

We will see if atleast the money will arrive.

I will never buy from this company again and i hope no one else does.

So, where can i buy an decent airfilter without getting robbed?

No mopney refunded yet.....
