It's been way too long since I have set sag on a dirt bike and I need some assistance. I have a 2009 WR250X with stock rims/tires as well as aftermarket “R” rims/tires and a Yamalink. What is the procedure to set the sage? How much sag? Who sells a good spanner wrench to avoid eating up the shock locknut?

I'm not sure whether the link you're using changes anything, but the rule of thumb is to set the sag (with you on the seat) for 1/3 of the rear suspension travel.
For a WR-250R or WR-250X, that's 3.5 inches.
